Taylerd is a Swedish agency that helps B2B companies grow and stand out in competitive markets. Working with clients across industry, professional services, SaaS and tech, the agency has built strong experience in complex B2B buying journeys and long-term growth.
Background
The project initially started as a go-to-market strategy, but gradually evolved into a broader exploration of positioning and business direction. Research revealed that Taylerd’s strongest value — close customer relationships, commercial understanding and experience in complex B2B buying journeys — was not clearly reflected in how the market perceived the agency in a B2B landscape where many agencies communicate in highly similar ways. A GEO audit focused on AI-search visibility further showed that Taylerd was understood positively when mentioned directly, but lacked visibility in broader B2B growth-related searches. At the same time, growth remained heavily tied to project-based delivery and billable hours.
Solution
The project defines a clearer market position focused on long-term growth, stronger differentiation and a more human approach to B2B communication. The core idea was to shift the narrative from what Taylerd does to what Taylerd understands — creating a position better suited for retainers, stronger leads and more scalable client relationships. Rather than introducing entirely new capabilities, the project proposes a clearer prioritization of the areas where Taylerd already creates the most value: strategy, positioning, content, distribution and sales-oriented marketing working together over time as integrated growth systems.
