The Company

Blixtra Mobility is a startup within e-mobility and high-voltage technology, specializing in diagnostics, repair and lifespan extension of electric vehicles and batteries. Through transparent, data-driven, and circular solutions, the company challenges the traditional workshop industry and aims to create a more future-proof, reliable, and sustainable EV ownership experience.

Background

As electric vehicles become more advanced, the aftermarket, public trust and service industry have struggled to keep pace. Many EV owners still experience uncertainty around battery health, costly replacements and limited transparency when servicing their vehicles. At the same time, traditional workshops often lack the expertise and diagnostics required to repair EV components sustainably. Through research and strategic analysis, we identified a growing disconnect between the innovation of electric mobility and the outdated systems built to maintain it. The key insight was that the problem was not the technology itself, but the lack of trust, knowledge and repair capabilities surrounding it. This became the foundation for repositioning Blixtra as a specialist in electric longevity.

Solution

The solution was to reposition Blixtra from a traditional workshop into a specialist in electric longevity, focused on extending the life of electric vehicles through battery expertise, advanced diagnostics and circular repairs. Built around the concept “Enabling Electric Longevity”, the strategy combined branding, communication and digital experience into one cohesive ecosystem. We developed a new visual identity to reflect technical knowledge, trust and innovation, alongside communication focused on transparency and reassurance. The idea came to life through a new website and customer portal where users can access battery diagnostics, understand repair options and book services seamlessly. The campaign “Don’t get a breakdown over your breakdown” addressed the emotional stress connected to EV ownership, positioning Blixtra as the reassuring expert when uncertainty arises. Together, the execution established a clear and differentiated position for Blixtra within the evolving EV market.
