Sisu
Background
The Finnish lion is Finland's official state coat of arms and a symbol of national identity, courage and independence.
It is also connected to the Finnish word ‘sisu', which is a term for an inner, unfathomable force.
The sisu legacy represents an empire of inherited jävlaranamma, being passed on through generations of roars. Like the Finnish lion, sisu lives in the instinct to endure, rise again, and protect what matters, carrying strength through bloodlines, memory and time.
Solution
Jewellery often serves as heirlooms passed down from mother to daughter, often carrying a protective symbolism. The sisu pendant is your guardian, carrying a constant reminder of the strength we’re born with.
We are inheritors of the sisu bearers that came before us. In it we find a craving for adventure and discovery, which just as it propels us towards the future, reminds us of our ancient past. Your inner sisu will always be there for you, along with future roars that will prevail after you.
However, don’t take your sisu for granted, it needs to be maintained with tender loving care.
Sisu is eternal!
