Covers for Your Covers
Background
A book cover is make or break. It’s the first judgment of whether a book is worth spending hours reading. It’s essential for instilling trust, but also for ensuring you don’t miss out on potential readers.
Book covers are tailored to the target audience and market. They change appearance not only by country and language, but also based on the readers' preferences and perception of genre.
All readers connect with and get hooked on different things. Readers are drawn to, remember, and appreciate different elements of a story. Some love the characters and their relationships. Others love the social criticism. While someone else loves the world-building.
But, they have one thing in common: they all love the same story. They just have different perspectives.
Same book,
four unique covers.
